English grass roots need addressing asap, from coaching to winner mentality to allowing skills and freedom (Joe Cole is the prime example of how we coach out skills and freedom) Our FA is supposed to be in control of the premier league to our international team but always cave and do not ever punish big clubs

20. Not enough good attacking options. Walcott needs to leave Arsenal and play front. Raw pass scares any player
21. Possession is key to international football, a team who can’t dictate the ball won’t dictate the game
22. Playing for England is an honour not a given
23. The “big” players think they are untouchable and believe they won’t be dropped, meaning they don’t have any hunger
