Cocktail of the week #2 – The English Garden (Jay style)

Spirit of choice this month
St. Germain Delice De Sureau Liqueur
Pale golden colour. Vibrant aromas of elderflower and lychee follow through. it’s soft, supple entry to a fruity, moderately sweet medium-to-full body with tangy tropical fruit sweetness and great depth. Finishes with long, graceful, herb accents. An instant classic and pure magic for cocktails.
Awesome in bellinis and this weeks cocktail. Created by yours truly!!
