From the Romanian league Rapid Bucharest play Otelul Galati, the referee gives a very questionable penalty and then Rapid’s forward corrects the ref and Rapid’s forward then knocks it out for a goal kick.
Just a bit of background Rapid were winning 2-0 when the dubious decision was made
