So Google released another cool tool today – its called street view, basically its a street by street guide in your local town or city nearby.
Google have offered this over in the states for months now and have finally introduced a London feature, I checked this out today and worked spot on, a few months behind but as you can imagine must take months to render and upload.
Check out the official google video -
The following cities are now uploaded to google earth and certain other google apps
London, Edinburgh, Leeds, Bradford, Cambridge, Cardiff, Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Oxford, Sheffield, Nottingham, Derby, Bristol, Coventry, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Swansea, York, Newcastle, Dundee, Southampton, Norwich and Scunthorpe.
There are also some nice hidden features, most impressive popluar book character Wheres Wally.
Find a property has already integrated in and offers some cool house selling techniques. And lastly fancyapint.com have also have a neat feature where all the bars are listed and viewable on Google Street view.
Check it out and if you have concerns you can report any issues directly to Google, although please do not worry they do have software to blur faces and your car reg plate ![]()
