I thought I would write up my daily update pre tonight’s UFC 96. The hghlight bouts look like Rampage Vs Jardine, the big heavyweight bout Gonzaga Vs Carwin and the undercard fight between Patt and Vera, lets hope The Truth comes out banging like he did back in his heavyweight days.

UFC 98 – Mir Vs Lesnar
Over the last 18 hours or so there has been many suggesions that Frank Mir has injuried his knee and requires surgery. Dana White has suggested it is still on, however Mir in an interview wih everyone’s favourite MMA website Sherdog has suggested he is out and wont be able to fight.
Don’t forget Setanta Sports 1 (Sky Channel 423) tonight at 3am in UK, Eire and Canada, while its PPV on Yahoo and Spike in the US.
